WHY CLIMB?
I am NOT usually a machine person… But, based on the dynamic engineering, creative programming and versatility of The Power Tower, I climb to reach new heights. (No puns intended.) To work out and challenge myself in a new, fun and innovative way.
WHAT THREE THINGS ARE AROUND YOU AT ALL TIMES?
Well, that would be Music, Opportunity and Joy….. (Is “within” me the same as “around” me?) ?
WHAT MUSIC CAN WE EXPECT TO HEAR IN YOUR CLASS?
YES!!! ? That means…any and all genres. However, I tend to lean towards Trap, EDM and Hip Hop/Funk with driving energy and multiple rhythmic opportunities. ??
WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE MOVE ON THE POWER TOWER?
Tower position 3 is my favorite set up. This allows me to kill it in the upper body variation climb, but have direct, immediate access to the floor for cardio dance and or rhythmic agility…. ??WOOP there it is!!!??
