A Socal native, Paige Bottano was raised in the “hood” (aka Long Beach). Just over seven years ago she made the trek up THE 5 to pursue her dream of becoming an NCAA Division I Gymnast. After graduating from Sacramento State, she longed for that same comradery that she found within her former team and she found it within group fitness. With a background in Olympic Lifting, she understands the positive impact The Summit Power Tower can make on one’s fitness regime. Paige’s focus on form along with her lifelong appreciation for all genres of music will allow your body to evolve and exceed any expectation you set forth.
WHY CLIMB?
It’s effective, efficient, safe, and FUN. Having spent 19 years in the beautiful sport of gymnastics I have had my fair share of injuries. Injuries that have left me with many restrictions when it comes to working out. The Tower has proven itself over and over to give me an effective muscle pumping, heart rate elevating workout WITHOUT agitating my shoulder, back, and knee pains.
