A believer of “all things in moderation,” – except sweets, memes, and athleisure – Kelly is a stay-at-home mom by day (and night), and moonlights as a fiery Climb coach, AKA “KB.” She uses this duality to redefine herself, every time she steps on The Tower – and feverishly inspires others to do the same. Kelly’s classes will provide opportunities to challenge your body, change your outlook, and channel your very own moonlighting identity, whatever it may be!

My goal is to bring out your badass alter ego, so I choose music with heavy, driving beats, and powerful rhythms. If my playlist inspires you to push harder, dig deeper, or go longer – then I consider that a win-win! I also love a good party anthem that unites the room, because a positive vibe is equally as important.
WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE MOVE ON THE POWER TOWER?
I have a love/hate relationship with the Power Step move in Tower Position 2. It gets my heart racing, but makes me feel strong and totally unstoppable.
