Katie is a born and raised country girl. Her background is all over the board, including real estate, sales, and of course fitness. She has loved fitness her entire adult life and even worked as a personal trainer for some time. Katie has been involved in group fitness for several years now and has become addicted to the energy that fills the room when those doors close and the lights go down! When Katie is not at Climb Society Folsom, you will find her at her mini ranch with her horses and of course, her mini-dachshund Maggie!
The first time I saw the tower, I was mesmerized! It has been one of my biggest fitness challenges to date. It makes me feel so strong and powerful. I have never experienced a machine that can do it all and then some. I am so excited to share the power tower with all of you!

My phone, my chapstick, and my dog (she literally comes with me everywhere).
WHAT MUSIC CAN WE EXPECT TO HEAR IN YOUR CLASS?
You can expect to hear a little bit of everything! I love a great remix! I try to incorporate pop, hip hop, R&B, a little EDM… but country music is in my heart. My playlists have something for everyone.
WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE MOVE ON THE POWER TOWER?
Tower Position 3! I always have a tendency to want to only focus on my legs. Tower Position 3 is such a great upper body movement, I have seen my arms and core transform.
