How Do I Schedule a Class?

Classes are offered at Climb Society 7 days a week. We recommend that you download our app to pay and schedule your classes. After you have paid classes on your account you can schedule your Tower. You can also call the studio and one of our fabulous front desk staff will be happy to help set you up.

I Am New To The Studio. Will Someone Help Me?

Absolutely! Our full-service staff is on hand to assist you with class setup. Please arrive no later than 20 minutes before your first class so we can check you in, give you a tour and get you properly set up on your tower.

What Should I Wear To Class?

A tank or t-shirt and form-fitting pants or shorts. Be ready to sweat!

What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

Classes may be canceled up to 12 hours prior to the scheduled class and your class credit will be returned to your account. If you cancel within 12 hours of your class, your class credit will not be returned to your account. If you have an unlimited monthly and do not cancel more than 12 hours in advance, you will be charged a late cancellation fee of $10. Please cancel through Climb Society Folsom app. At this time, we do not accept cancellations via email, Facebook, Instagram, text message.

What If I Am Running Late For Class?

Towers will be given away 2 minutes prior to class start time to anyone who is present from the waitlist. Climb Society staff will fill spots from the waitlist in the order from top to bottom; not in order of member arrival. Please call ahead if you are running late to secure your spot! We will hold your space for the first 10 minutes of class. For the benefit and enjoyment of all our members you may not enter class 10 minutes after it has begun.

Do I Need To Bring My Own Towel?

We have you covered. A towel will be available on your tower followed by a cold towel to cool you off at the end of your class.

Are There Different Types Of Climb Classes?

We offer 7 different types of climb classes. You can check the schedule and their description by clicking here.

Are The Classes For All Levels?

Yes! We will always encourage you to work at your own pace. At any time, you can change the resistance on your tower. We offer high energy and encouragement, but this is your class and your workout. You should always consult with a physician before starting a new exercise program.

How Long Are The Classes?

The classes are 45 minutes each. This includes a stretch at the end.

What Is The Minimum Age Requirement?

Members must be 16 years or older. We require a parent or legal guardian be present to sign a waiver in the studio prior to their first climb class.

Is There A Height Requirement?

You must be 4’11” minimum to climb at Climb Society.

Do I Need To Have My Own Account?

Yes. Each client must have their own package and account, as well as sign a waiver in order to participate in Climb Society classes.

Do You Sell Gift Certificates?

We sure do! Please visit our friendly staff and they will assist you with purchasing a gift certificate. Gift certificates do not expire and can be used for classes or merchandise. Once a class is purchased it will expire just like any other class purchased. Please note that class packages are not gift certificates.

Do You Have Water In The Studio?

You can fill your water bottle at our purified water filling station, or we have bottled water and a variety of refillable bottles for sale.

What Amenities Do You Have At The Studio?

We have lockers, restrooms with showers, toiletries, towels, hair dryers, hair ties, earplugs, and other necessities on site.

Do You Sell Retail?

We carry Climb Society branded clothing for men and women.

What Is Your Retail Return Policy?

Retail that is unworn with tags still attached can be returned within 15 days of purchase.
